Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Raw bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Preheat frying pan to medium. Fry for 4-5 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.

Really tasty bacon
Thin rashers so cooked quickly, no gunk let in pan. Made a superb crispy bacon sarnie.

Excellent bacon
This is absolutely excellent bacon. Thin so it crisps up nicely if that's what you like, not too salty, and absolutely no weird white stuff if you choose to fry it. I was a satisfied customer of Denhay smoked streaky anyway, and was curious to see what difference no nitrites made. Really, really good.
