Good enough wipes but
Good enough wipes but the price is too high, although they're half price as I write this so reasonable value at half price. I received mine free to review and they're just as good as the non eco wipes but if, like me, your trash goes to an incinerator, it's pointless paying twice the price for eco wipes. So yes I'd recommend them if your trash goes to landfill.
If I use cleaning wipes I would choose dettol ones as I find they are less chemically and I trust they are safe to use everywhere in the kitchen. I stopped using the old ones after finding out they contained plastic. So Im thrilled these new biodegradable ones are available. Feel so much happier knowing that I can be lazy and wipe spills with these and that they will rot away. I know that I could use a cloth and soap but in reality convenience wins for me!
I'm not sure how biodegradable these wipes are, I have added what I've used so far to my compost bins and will be checking to see if they disintegrate. The rest of pack one will have to go into my household waste bin as I use them and I think I'll donate the other packs to an animal sanctuary as I don't think I'll use them. Five packs is a lot and I generally use hot water and a cloth for cleaning.
Good strong wipes which smell fresh- and great that theyre biodegradable
Not large wipes
I bought these at half price. The full price is just ridiculous - £32 for five packs of wipes - unbelievable. My two stars given is for the fact they are biodegradable and don't smell of bleach but they are not guilt free as they still contain many chemicals which break down with the plant based wipe. The first time I used them was during an emergency spillage at New years, grabbed a pack and tried to get one out, didn't happen, just a big wet clump came out. When I finally managed to get one of these so-called 'large wipes' I was met with a small flimsy thing. Best to stick to tap water soap and a cleaning cloth if you want guilt free.
Guilty free biodegradable wipes that are strong and clean very well. Will definitely buy again.
