Preparation and Usage
Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. Add salt and cook for 5 - 7 mins until al dente. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes if you prefer a softer pasta. Dress with your favourite sauce and sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Chalky
I dont recommend this pasta- the taste is fine but the texture is chalky and doughy. There are much better gf pastas available.

This pasta LOOKS gorgeous from the wrapper to the plate. Its a shame the taste doesnt match up. Ive cooked it with garlic and fennel/ seasoning and parmesan only - and in sauces - but sadly it tastes so grainy even us gluten free pasta-missers probably wont love this. I bought two boxes and the second will be used to avoid food waste not for taste. Shame! It really does look pretty
Thick and yet falls to pieces even when al dente
Really wouldn't recommend. It was disintegrating in the pan even though it was al dente. Too thick and very unpleasant..
Disappointed
This was very thick and tasted like cardboard, with a similar texture. Threw the rest away.
Tastes as good as fresh pasta
