Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results pan fry from frozen.; Microwave - From Frozen. All appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only based on 800W. Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water. Remove chicken from packaging, place in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain excess liquid, open sauce sachet and stir into the chicken, cook for 1 minute until piping hot.
Cut a corner of the bao bun packaging and heat in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Open the rest of the bag
and remove from the packaging.
To assemble, add the chicken to one half of the bao bun then fold.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water. Remove chicken from packaging and place in a preheated, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add 4 tbsp water, cover with a lid and cook for 4 minutes. Stir 2-3 times during cooking. Open the sauce sachet and add the sauce to the pan. Continue cooking, uncovered for 30 seconds until piping hot. To reheat the bao buns, please refer to the microwave instructions.

best at-home bao
These were much better than I imagined - Buns were fluffy and light and chicken was well flavoured.

Yummy!
Super fluffy bao and really juicy meat! Sauce is delicious too! Love baos when i go out to eat and amazing to have them at home!

awful
Chicken very cheap and looks horrible, sauce very runny, bao buns ok. Would not recommend!

Cheap and Nasty Chicken
Not great, chicken looks really cheap and nasty and the sauce is way too runny. Bao buns are large and fluffy but wouldn't buy this again as a kit.
