The estate spans 100 hectares and benefits from an elevation of up to 500 meters, thereby moderating the Mediterranean climate. The shallow, limestone-based soils are ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Vines have an average age of 30 years with some nearly 50 years old. The estate was awarded their High Environmental Certification in 2017.

I really really
wanted to enjoy this rose wine but sadly although pale and dry it absolutely lacks any depth of flavour.
