Don Julio 1942 is 100 percent handcrafted luxury Tequila inspired by the passion of Don Julio Gonzalez. It is extraordinarily smooth due to longer ageing and being made from choice blue agave, which is hand-selected and grown for six to 10 years. Nose sweet aromas of vanilla and tones of nuts, almonds and chocolate combine with exotic cinnamon and a light essence of oak.

Sipping tequila!

This is the finest tequila I've tried and although expensive, deservedly popular. Definitely one to savour and enjoy neat due to the high price!

This is a really nice tequila. I got it because I've seen it's popularity for use as shots. I personally think it's wasted as a shot and I thought actually it would be better suited to a margarita. Lots of caramel and vanilla tones. Quite pricey indeed but I would rather spend money on casamigos if I was looking for a tequila to sip or mix up.
