Lovely flour for gluten-free baking
I used this flour to make a lovely gluten-free coffee and walnut cake with a recipe I found on the blog From the Larder. The flour is a bit pricey for such a small bag but I imagine that reflects the labour involved in growing and processing it. Im glad its organic and high in fibre as many gluten-free flour mixes seem not to be.

Worth a try
I saw a TV program which showed flatbreads being made in Ethiopia using this flour and how healthy it is so I had a go and was very pleased with the outcome. They were delicious and I really liked the nutty taste they had
