- Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.

Delicious for brownies
Delicious when it's melted down for brownies or others cakes. Might want to try 54% if this is too dark for you.
Deep rich chocolate flavour
This had a very dark, deep rich chocolate flavour. Perfect if you like your chocolate dark and strong tasting. Melted well to a smooth consistency
Great chocolate to cook or eat as is
This is a great baking chocolate with medium dark flavoring, works very well for chocolate cookies, personalized cakes and any kind of decorated chocolate desserts. I normally like this flavor a lot and end up eating this on its own while putting in bakes also. it is easy to melt in and always handy item for baking home made chocolates , taste is quite good and consistency smooth,goes in moulds easy and comes out nice and set.

a very good versatile product with a rich taste of chocolate ! a good chocolate for covering a big cake or even chocolate brownies, but the high quality of chocolate will balance the sweetness in a dessert or cakes!
