Instructions
- Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.

Outstanding chocolate for baking
very nice not too bitter , it melted very well and was not grainy at all very silky , I tried some on its own and tastes nice but took along time to melt in the mouth so better to cook with it. This made excellent chocolate chunks in cookies and melted just the right amount when I cooked them but kept a good appearance and delicious rich flavour. Would definitely buy again
Quality chocolate perfect for baking
Used in cakes and cookies. Very good quality chocolate and makes a big difference instead of Galaxy/Cadbury etc.

Nice quality chocolate 54%. I wouldn't call it extra dark but it's excellent, very nice taste and texture in my baking. I made brownie, choc chip cookies and muffins
Excellent very dark cooking chocolate
This is one of the best cooking chocolate, is quite good and rich in taste and works as my personal best for chocolate cookies, any kind of decorated chocolate desserts. This is a bit bitter on its own but always goes wonderfully if combined in sweeter deserts to give a contrast taste and texture. Easy to melt in microwave or on hob. Would always recommend this

I used this to make brownies, it made it extra gooey and chocolatey. Great quality, beautiful taste without the bitterness of dark chocolate.
