Pudding maker no sugars
My daily go to for making milk honey jelly and other concoctions. Price has increased but remains a firm favourite so I forgo other food items to compensate for this.
I use this to set cheesecake and it works every time. Dissolve in boiling water and let it cool again before adding. Convenient in 3 small packs so it stays fresh. Good to take as a supplement for strong nails.
I am really missing these!!! This is the only alternative of having some beef gelatin in the UK so please, put it back on your shelves. I'm thinking of going somewhere else to shop just because of this.
The gelatine leaves are much better.
don't use for gummy sweets
maybe if you use only a tiny bit of this it's fine but I used it for gummy sweets and they tasted horribly of meat. yuck.
A bit stinky
Used for making marshmallows and when dissolving in water it really did smell quite bad. I had hoped the smell would go but the marshmallows had a bit of a pong which was quite off-putting. Would find an alternative for next time. It did however do what gelatin does which is to set things!
