- Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.

Brilliant chocolate
As expected, you get a great quality product from a named brand. Chocolate was easy to use, melted into a nice rich consistency, Made some chocolate brownies with this and they tasted amazing. The chocolate melted nicely. Decent sized bar. Will have to try it in some other baking recipes.I bought this to cover a chocolate cake, it melted well and tastes nice. Only complaint it wasn't quite enough to cover my cake hence the 4 stars not 5

Cooking Milk chocolate
Decent baking chocolate, is quite good great and works best for chocolate cookies, personalized cakes and any kind of decorated chocolate desserts. Found it Easy to melt in microwave or on hob. Not to overheat else will burn the taste. Always handy item for baking had making home made chocolates , would be good if on offer for larger quantities.. also a bit sweeter than expected but overall good,

A great, more creamier chocolate taste
a very good versatile product with the milky creamier taste of chocolate ! a good chocolate for covering a big cake or even chocolate brownies if you don't want too much richness!
Prefer the dark version
I tried the dark chocolate version of this and thought it was OK but unfortunately this wasn't up to the same standard. It seemed a bit sweet and sickly for my liking unfortunately.
