Makes 7 Pancakes
What you need:
1 packet of Dr. Oetker American Style Pancake Mix
300ml milk
Method:
1 Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer
until smooth.
2 Heat a small amount of butter / oil in a large circular frying pan, over a medium heat.
3 Spoon 2-3 tablespoon of batter into the pan per pancake - each pancake should be about 8cm wide and 1cm deep. Make sure the pancakes aren't too close together as they will spread during cooking.
4 Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to appear, using a spatula flip the pancakes over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used up.

Not great
If you want thick pancakes then do not use the full amount of milk-I only needed 200 ml. But I won't get again as bland tasting and a flavour of synthetic vanilla

Not for me
I’m an American, and these are not American pancakes. I had no luck with these and followed the directions. Mine weren’t fluffy and were hardly edible.
