- Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.

Does the job
I love to bake sweet treats and obviously chocolate is the main ingredient. After trying different kinds I find dr oetker's white chocolate the most delicious. Good flavour, melts well and consistency is great.

Great for baking cookies and cakes where you need white chocolate, the rare is great and works best for chocolate bars and any kind of decorate chocolate desserts. I normally melt some as a layer and then some shredded on top to finish. Easy to melt in microwave or on hob. Not to overheat else will burn the taste. Always handy item for baking had making home made chocolates , would be good if on offer for larger quantities..
