Good soft consistency but way too much ginger burn
The vanilla one works better. The ginger flavour burns and doesnt work because I guess we associate that flavour with a crunch.
Worth it
These are expensive products but they are great for the mid afternoon slump.
Great soft texture, outstanding taste!
I have to say of all the Keto cookies & bars I've tasted over the years, very few beat this one. Texture is super-soft and the ginger & almond taste is subtle. Great with my morning coffee, Great to see the brand never uses sweeteners & palm-oil too. Would recommend
ok..
This is not bad, resembles the taste of a ginger biscuit just in a cake texture, wasnt bad and a huge improvement on the raspberry muffin - also way less oily than other fatt products
Not bad
'Cookie' conjures a certain image - either crunchy and light, or maybe slightly moist or gooey centred; this is neither of those. It has a hint of ginger and a loose biscuit texture - denser than cake, but softer than biscuit or cookie. It is smaller than most supermarket cookies - a little bigger than a Maryland cookie. Its keto credentials are pretty solid with no artificial chemical sweeteners or hidden starch. I think it would be better served to be reshaped and branded as a cake bar.
