ugh

The flavour of this is horrible. Really artificial, to me it tasted like bubblegum. Not at all what Id expect from a product I was buying to try as a healthier alternative.

Loved it!

Didn't expect to like this but I really did. It's chewy and I didn't mind the taste at all. I thought I would like the raspberry bar much more but I didn't. For me, this one is nicer. It's good stuff, no sweetener, low carb and a great treat.

may contain gluten

Which I was surprised about for a keto product. I bought lots & then realised so food bank got them as I cant have gluten

Small but dense

I'm not sure I tasted any cinnamon and there is a slight after-taste to this bar coming from the apple flavouring. For me, it's not quite right, reminding me of the after-taste of over-ripe banana (without any actual banana flavour). Anyway, its keto credentials are pretty solid with no artificial chemical sweeteners or hidden starch, and its denseness more than makes up for its apparent small size. If they could tweak the flavour, this could be an excellent option. Try it, you might like it.
