Not something I would buy

I recieved this item for free from ocado to test and review. It tastes like an after eight mint, but the texture isnt great. With it being a protein bar, it has a cement type feeling. Not great!

So close but nope

The flavour is good, Macros are good. Texture once you start chewing quickly turns into a gritty paste that sticks to the back of your throat like a determined barnacle. hubby and I both tried it. Same problem. It turns into a gritty glue you have to wash down with a warm drink because water will not do. A real pity because other than that it has a lot going for it. (sent item to review)

A bit dry and powdery, but satisfying.

I am writing this review as I got a free product from ocado - this definitely won't be for everyone, I enjoyed it more than my partner but aside from the dry, powdery texture of the inside- more protein powder than 'creme' -I found it to taste nice, it was satisfying, and I like that it has pretty good ingredients!
