Filotea Strozzapreti Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta – a long, round shape with a slightly open side makes these ideal for soaking up plenty of sauces, ideal for meat, tomato or cheese baked dishes. This pasta is made with 100% Italian durum wheat, bronze drawn and slow dried at low temperatures. 13% protein content, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Preparation and Usage
Hob - from ambient. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-11 minutes. Then, drain the pasta and immediately add your favourite condiments or sauces.

The best on the market
This elevates any pasta dish to incredible. It always tastes perfectly al dente. I’ve tried all of the Filotea pastas on Ocado - this one is hands down the favourite.
Pasta that holds its shape and tastes gooood
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Was happy to review this item since it is quality . Great shape , cooked well and on time , yet hold its shape and was toothsome . Paired with a vodka - tomato red sauce and some smoked mozzarella , grated on top , was an excellent way to finish a Friday night . I even chilled a nice bottle of Fiano which paired really well with the pasta and cut through the mozzarella .

Sent for review. Great pasta, lovely taste, great texture when cooked. My only complaint is that 100g of this doesn’t look like much in a bowl amd I could eat it all day!

Nice, decent pasta which everyone enjoyed it. Wouldn’t mind getting it often if my pockets were deep enough as it’s a little pricey I think.

We get into the habit of buying the same dried pasta. This was a really nice change. A little more expensive than some alternatives but I would say worth it.

I was asked to review this by Ocado. We enjoyed this pasta, easy to cook (instructions were spot on for us) and the shape meant it coated well with the sauce. It was delicious and we would definitely have it again! I'm only not giving 5 stars as it is a little pricier than the pasta we usually buy.
