Fish Hoek wine was awarded Fairtrade certification in 2015. A percentage of sales from every bottle of Fish Hoek goes directly into the hands of the farm workers who grow our grapes, helping to fund local schools, female empowerment and other community groups in the Western Cape.

Nose: Upfront crushed summer berries, black and red cherries supported by subtle spicy tones. Palate: Expressive juicy berry flavours follow through on the palate with a soft, delicious fruity finish.

Press Type Used: Destemmed, cold soak for 24 hours on skins and then lightly crushed. Fermentation Vessel type: (eg Stainless Steel, lined concrete, Oak barrel) Clean juice fermentation in stainless steel. No Oak.

we liked it
obviously people's tastes are very different as we found this wine very good again you don't see many south African wines in rose and for its price this is good
