Superb marinade......
sprinkled mine over some Ocado pork belly strips and it was a game changer, REALLY niceand plenty in the reasonably sized packet too!!

Like pink sherbet but aniseed flavour
Can't understand the good reviews this was truly awful and ruined dinner. From the virulent pink colour to the strong aniseed smell to the faint sickly flavour there was nothing good about it on my opinion. interesting that lots of others disagree though.

so tasty
Bought this many times. Rub into belly pork and air fry. Depth of flavour is great, it does taste similar to char Sui from a Chinese take away. Highly recommend

A bit sweet but great when used properly
Really recommend using it on pork belly as a rub before frying/stewing. Maltodextrin and Sweetners in it are a bit of let down though.
