Amazing
We love this marinade. Been buying it for years. Its so nice marinated with lamb chops etc for the barbecue. Always have some in my cupboard.
lovely flavour
So versatile. Add to yoghurt/mayo for raita style mint dip. Cook chicken with mint & coriander for east Mediterranean style. Add to summer lemonade or fruit cup.

Delicious
Lovely for lamb but also goes really well on chicken thighs, have also tossed par boiled new potatoes in it with a little olive oil and roasted, delicious!
bbq lamb shoulder
Put a joint of lamb in a freezer bag with this and a touch of olive oil, massage in and marinate for a few hours then put in a low oven or on a bbq if you can, leave it a few hours and its delicious!
Lamb heaven
Brought this out of curiosity and i was so glad i did. Turns lamb steaks in to a tasty alternative and I've repurchased it several times. Using it today to jazz up a lamb joint.
