Preparation and Usage
1 Cooking bag & 1 sachet Frank's RedHot Buffalo New York Style Seasoning
You Will Need:
4 x 150g chicken breasts or 600g chicken thigh fillets (do not exceed 600g total weight]
Tip: Try finishing with crumbled blue cheese and sliced spring onions.
Also great with fish, vegetables or lean pork.
Adjust cooking times accordingly.
Fantastic served with potato wedges.
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F. Unfold cooking bag, keeping the tie to use later. Place the chicken in the bag and sprinkle over seasoning. Hold the bag closed at the top and shake gently to coat the chicken. Twist the bag approx. 2 inches from the top and secure tightly with the tie provided.
2. Place bag flat on a baking tray, spreading chicken out evenly and pop into the oven on the lower oven rack to allow bag to expand. Cook for 30 mins, or until cooked through, on the middle shelf of the oven, ensuring the top shelf has been removed [bag must not come in contact with any part of the oven).
3. Remove from oven and rest for 1 minute. Remove the tie and open the bag to allow the hot steam to escape. Pour contents of bag into a serving dish.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

mid week dinner
This is now a favourite of ours, so quick and tasty. We have it with spicy rice and corn on the cob
so good

This was absolutely good! The cooking bag simplifies the cooking process, resulting in juicy, tender meat infused with the Buffalo flavor. It's an absolutely convenient way to enjoy this meal! I highly recommend it!
Packed full of flavour
We used chicken thighs for the Franks RedHot Buffalo New York Cook in a Bag recipe and the seasoning definitely packs a punch. The chicken was cooked perfectly and we just added some vegetables on the side to complete the dish. Overall it was very nice!
