Preparation and Usage
1 Cooking bag & 1 sachet Frank's RedHot Sweet & Spicy Georgia Style Seasoning
You Will Need:
4 x 150g chicken breasts or 600g chicken thigh fillets [Do not exceed 600g total weight]
Tip: Delicious finished with lime wedges and sliced spring onions.
Also great with fish, vegetables or lean pork.
Adjust cooking times accordingly.
Fantastic served with corn on the cob.
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F. Unfold cooking bag, keeping the tie to use later. Place the chicken in the bag and sprinkle over seasoning. Hold the bag closed at the top and shake gently to coat the chicken. Twist the bag approx. 2 inches from the top and secure tightly with the tie provided.
2. Place bag flat on a baking tray, spreading chicken out evenly and pop into the oven on the lower oven rack to allow bag to expand. Cook for 30 mins, or until cooked through, on the middle shelf of the oven, ensuring the top shelf has been removed (bag must not come in contact with any part of the oven).
3. Remove from oven and rest for 1 minute. Remove the tie and open the bag to allow the hot steam to escape. Pour contents of bag into a serving dish.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Do not exceed the temperature specified.
Bag expands during cooking.

DO NOT REUSE THE BAG.

Highly recommend it!
Not a big fan of sweet and spicy but I must say this is now one of my favourite! Try with fish too!! Highly recommend this!
Such of an idea
Another great idea! This Georgia style bag was the missing taste among all the other great options! Great flavor, with a little add of olive oil at the end, would taste even better! Love it too, great cooking idea
Sweet and spicy flavour
We used chicken breasts for the Franks redHot Sweet and spicy Georgia Cook in a Bag recipe and it turned out great. The chicken was lovely and juicy and the seasoning was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy which I really liked. Will definitely buy again.

The perfect balance the sweet really takes the edge off the spice. We put chicken in the bag which I would Really recommend trying :)
Great fun cooking for the whole family!
Sweet and spicy are definitely my combination of choice when trying new seasoning. It is usually my go-to pick when I want to prepare a nice meal for friends and family on the weekend. This cook-in bag is just perfect. I love the combination of flavours with the sweetness of honey and the nice punch of the cayenne peppers. It is also so practical. Anyone in the family can prepare a delicious meal using this amazing, sweet and spicy cook-in bag seasoning. I would recommend preparing some poke to eat together with any meat of your choice using it. Also, it works amazingly to season sweetcorn cobs.
Great mix of sweet and spicy
I’m not the biggest spicy fan however my husband is but this was literally the in between for us the perfect mix of sweet and spicy on our chicken breasts with some broccoli added and some wedges I’m pleasantly surprised but then again we’re now obsessed with franks seasonings and cook in bags!
