Did not rise in my bread machine
While gluten free breads rarely rise a lot, in my bread machine this never really rose at all. Soggy, dense. Had to bin it. This brand makes good gluten free flour; disappointed that this didn’t rise. Might rise in a conventional oven.
great gf loaf
This was much easier to make and tasted better than I had hoped. Makes a great GF loaf.
Wonderful for the bread maker machine
This is perfect for the bread maker and makes a super tasty loaf of bread that doesn't last very long in our house and the seeds are brilliant to support the protein intake too!
Really good
I put this in my bread maker on a fast bake setting (dont have a GF setting) and wasnt sure about it at first - it looked very runny. But when it was baked I was amazed! To me, It looks and tastes just like regular bread. It is on the pricey side so just a treat now and then.
excellent loaf
This mix made a large, tasty loaf with good texture, the best Ive had. I highly recommend it. An earlier review mentioned Fria bread but I looked and thats not suitable for coeliacs as it contains wheat and barley (no such thing as GF wheat!)
perfect like Helens
If you miss Helens GF bread which, sadly, seems forever gone now, this is a perfect replacement, maybe better. Soft and comforting straight out of the bread machine, delicious toast for at least a week if kept in the fridge. Good for toasties too as the slices are larger than Helens gf bread. Really grateful for this.
