Best widely available decent dried pasta
Well, I didn't get a free sample! But this has been our go-to brand for years. Garafalo is definitely the best widely available Italian brand of dried pasta in the UK. It has a lovely texture, silky smooth but with a little bite, and the flavour is a perfect carrier for sauces, too. It's on great offers fairly often, so when it is we stock up. Just an excellent quality staple.
