Excellent GF Spagatti
Can't fault it, hardly know the difference, very much not missing out here!
product has change
Spaghetti breaks up and is grainy - used to be amazing
Such a shame that they have changed this product
I reviewed this some time ago and said that it was indistinguishable from normal spaghetti, but I think the product has been changed recently. It's a darker colour, not quite so smooth and definitely takes a couple of minutes longer to cook than the pack suggests. As another reviewer has said, it breaks up very easily which means that so you can't twirl it round a fork. The texture isn't anywhere near as good as it was and I can't understand why they've changed the recipe.
great texture and flavour but it breaks up
We loved this GF spaghetti, but it does break up into pieces, which is a shame for spaghetti. The texture is still good and so is the flavour, if it wasnt for the slight lack of integrity you wouldnt know its GF.
New Regular GF Spaghetti
Wow, I can't believe I only tried this gluten-free pasta last week. What sets this brand apart is its carefully crafted blend of ingredients. Made from a combination of corn flour (50.4%), brown rice flour (22%), rice flour (21.4%), potato starch, and quinoa (3%), it successfully mimics the taste, color, and texture of traditional pasta. I've experimented with various gluten-free pasta brands, both from supermarkets and specialty stores, but none of them compare to this one. It truly captures the essence of pasta, albeit with a slight difference. Once you finish cooking this spaghetti, I highly recommend sprinkling it with a pinch of salt and drizzling a dash of olive oil over the top. If you have truffle-infused olive oil, it takes the flavor to a whole new level. This brand has nailed the correct blend of ingredients to create a gluten-free pasta that satisfies my pasta cravings in the best way possible.
