best tasting pasta I've had
I never thought I would be able to taste the difference in dried pasta but I LOVE THIS PASTA it's tasty and the shape is great as well. I won't eat cheap dried pasta any more.
Just discovered this shape and it is now our family's firm favourite. Great with bolognese as an alternative to spaghetti.
I always find Garofalo pasta very good for dried pasta anyway and tried the Riccioli for the first time recently, they tasted good, cooked evenly, held the sauce well and the whole family liked them. WIll buy again.
