Delish
I have these for lunch throughout the week - I cook them with bone broth then mix in an egg, parmesan and lots of black pepper. Absolutely delicious!!
Stelline so hard to find
We prefer the De Cecco brand but since they are no longer sold on Ocado or any supermarkets have settled for these. The kids enjoy them in soup.
The only pasta for soup
Perfect for pasta in brodo or when i make a minestrone.
sludge
Another product being replaced by Ocado. The De Cecco brand pasta previously sold was so much better. This one doesn't cook well, becomes sludgy even when following cooking times.
Cook wonderfully, fantastic alternative
I use it for pesto pasta, every soup, and macaroni and cheese (cook in stock then add Parmesan, cheese and fried onion). Extremely versatile and I love being able to take small bites of food! Works beautifully, can Cooke al dente for them to retain shape and texture in soup and not overcook after taking it off the heat. Absolutely love this as it's very filling, only downside is when you cook it in thick stock or small amount of water it ends to tick to the bottom unless you stir constantly for the few minutes until it's cooked.
