tizer!!!!!!
Not sure about the fruit flavours to me this with tonic is like drinking alcholic Tizer. Pleasant but not worth the money unless on offer.
Not pomegranate
It has a hot sharp flavour of something, but I wouldn't identify it as pomegranate.
Medicinal
Something of a cough-medicine taste, probably not for everyone, but works for me with tonic. Would buy again
Party Drink
Ordered this gin to try something different and it really didn’t disappoint. On its own with a tonic it’s an extremely refreshing summer drink and brings a nice zing. I could imagine drinking this on a hot day by the beach, but alas with the British weather I’ll just have to imagine the heat. I would definitely recommend this gin if you fancy something different and I’ll 100% be using it at our next bbq/party.
New Favourite Tipple
We discovered Ginato Melograno while on the hunt for a new tipple - we both like gin and pomegranates so thought we would give it a go! We first tried the serving suggestion of Mediterranean tonic and fresh fruit (pomegranate seeds), a really refreshing gin and tonic. We then progressed onto a Melograno Fizz (gin, orange liqueur and Prosecco) - either serve works well to balance the sweetness of the gin. We can’t wait to try more in the Ginato range.
Strange fizzy taste
This isnt unpleasant, it just wasnt what I was expecting. It doesnt taste fruity at all, its more of an artificial, fizzy sweet taste - think Fizzers or Love Hearts. I didnt hate it but I was looking for something fruity and not too sweet - and this wasnt it.
