full of feathers
The lil chicken delicious but its coming full off feathers recently and it is really off putting. Why am I paying premium price for something that it is not at a premium standard. Sort this out
Good but
I buy these on offer, three is good. I roast two, then boil the third a day later, and then make stock. Yes, they're small and seem to be getting smaller, but on offer they're a good deal and they're quite tasty. However, two of the three I got this week were... dirty. Just not cleaned well, lots of green muck.
I know its a poussin but tiny!
Not even big enough for 2 small appetites let alone 3! I too laughed when it arrived. I cooked and then used in a risotto rather than roast dinner as I'd thought!
Absolutely tiny
My wife and I both laughed when we saw this in our Ocado delivery. It’s the size of my fist. Description states “serves 2-3” I think they mean 2-3 borrowers or inhabitants of Liliput. Awful for the price.
Really tender chicken
Cooks perfectly in an air fryer, just rub skin with a little sea salt and your favourite herb. Served 2
Shrinking
Quite tasty when cooked properly however, they’d seem to be getting smaller and smaller each time. The last one I had offered mostly bones and little edible meat.
