Okay.

Interesting flavour, good for adding to oats or smoothies. Consistency is lumpy and heavily crystalised. Too thick for pancakes, etc.

Lovely flavour

This is lovely, the flavour is not too strong and it's perfect for adding to flapjacks, cakes and cookies. My only issue is that towards the end of the bottle it became very difficult to squeeze out but it had been open for a long time maybe that was the reason

Good alternative to honey/syrup

Works really nicely with yogurt. Also great in bakes instead of other sweeteners.

Not Nice

The texture is weird, quite grainy, and the taste is not very date-like. One for the bin, I'm afraid.

It's not smooth. It feels like there are little rocks of sugar in it.
