Ciao. We are chefs who grew up in Italy and we're proud to do things properly.
Carefully crafted, slow churned gelato and sorbetto. Worthy of the finest restaurants and living rooms in the land.
This sweet, sharp and refreshing sorbetto is filled with plenty of crushed whole raspberries. We keep the seeds in to add a bit of bite and finish it with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

The taste is good, not overly sweet and plenty of raspberry taste but the seeds put me right off. Shame.

I bought it myself dear reader

Absolutely scrumptious and worth buying at full price, which is what I did! Reviews that start I was given this to review put me off rather so I thought I would write my own review. There is a richness of flavour to this gelato that I love, it can be enjoyed on its own or with anything you feel appropriate. Fruit crumble perhaps, yummy. I like to keep a carton ready for those moments when I need something special to end a meal, or just because! Its fresh flavoured and delicious.

Its okay for what it is. I wouldnt buy it full price but when discounted Ill add it to my basket and have it as a fruity sorbet. It wouldnt satisfy me to have it on its own, I usually mix it with some other ice cream. If I had to describe this in one word it would be meh

I had high hopes for this sorbetto, but find it disappointing, too pippy and has a funny after taste. Will not buy again.
