Nice addition to a meal
I'm reviewing this after receiving free from Ocado. I've been vegetarian since a young age and have never had real prawns before, so I cannot comment on whether they taste like the real thing, but they are very pleasant in texture and flavour.

I havent eaten prawns for over 40 years and was never a particular fan of them before becoming veggie and then vegan. For some bizarre reason I fancied making prawn cocktail so tried these. Theyre really, really good! Not fishy but a good texture. I put them in a salad with avocado and Marie Rose sauce (ie vegan mayo mixed with ketchup and optional Tabasco). They stir fried in just a few minutes. Will definitely buy again.

I’m reviewing this product as I received a free sample from Ocado. We are not vegan, but these were not a bad substitute if you cannot or do not want to eat real seafood. The texture was quite good, certainly not as rubbery as real prawns can be, but the flavour was slightly lacking.

Received these free with voucher from Ocado Pleasantly surprised how nice they were used in a stir fry .We enjoyed the meal even though neither of us are vegan and would normally use prawn.
