good taste and light on duck fat
tastes good and not much fat, so good for me.
Tasty
We enjoyed this, ate 6 months after purchase but still in date. not dry at all but also quite light on duck fat which I quite liked. Not sure why the negative reviews.
Over priced
Dry and solid. Bears no resemblance to delicious French Rillettes. I wouldn't be paid to eat it again.

Thats the acid test really isnt it? The answer is I wouldnt. It should be delicious but it isnt.
Lovely
Has this as a starter for xmas lunch, lovely, on flatbreads with onion chutney, everyone liked it, not a lot of grease and a lovely taste, would definitely purchase again would love a bigger jar
A real treat
Its really hard to find high quality rillettes in the UK. This I bought for a treat for the (cancelled) Christmas get together and only just opened it. Delicious. Shame it's now out of stock
