strong seasoning
the seasoning is so strong i have to use a lot of tomatoes to get over. and that taste is haunting in my mouth for so long
Great burgers
This mince has become a regular in the shopping basket for quick and easy chicken burgers. Just wet the hands, shape into patties and fry in a little oil. No seasoning required as they are already seasoned. Quick, simple and so easy. Ready in less than 15 mins!
Very tasty
This is a nice alternative to beef mince, lovely flavour and whilst a bit sticky (it is chicken after all) its easy to make meatballs or mince dishes
doesn't cook the same
doesn't cook in the same way as beef/lamb mince as clumps rather than breaks down . okay flavour
Soggy stuffing
The texture was far too soggy for my liking, though well seasoned, it just didn't look right in the pan or on the plate. Not for me, Clive.
quick weekday stir fry
this is so handy to have in the fridge. I use it for stir fry and in lettuce wraps. The flavour and spice is already there so can't beat this for a speedy meal.
