Super cheesy

I love Higgidy products as a vegetarian - I enjoyed this heated up in the over for tea with some wedges and balsamic vinaigrette salad - it was super yum. I’ll definitely buy again to accompany salad over the summer months. Not sure what it would taste like cold but I prefer all Higgidy products heated up - makes all the flavours so much better.

very disappointing

I was very disappointed with this quiche although to me it didnt look or have the consistency of a quiche. The filling was uninspiring with a mushy texture and very overcooked broccoli, I could taste cheese but not garlic at all. The breadcrumbs? On top just added to its sogginess. I usually enjoy Higgidy products and dont mind paying the extra for them, but definitely not this.
