Bland
Sound tasty on paper, but in reality no taste at all.
these went down very well as a party food
great light pastry. Loved the flavour interesting
nice if heated in the oven
It has a subtle and nice curry flavor without overpowering it just right "flavor" for a snack. it is however nothing about "katsu (fried with panko, usually pork loin): Just curry-flavored sweet potato filling. must heat in the oven to make outside crispy.
OK
I found these to be just ok eaten straight from the box, nothing special and I probably wouldn't have bought them again. However, when heated up they were completely different, almost delicious. I'd only buy them again if on special offer.
Underwhelming
Fairly bland and definitely no taste of katsu curry
Not for us
Haven't tried them hot but these were just too sweet for me. Can't taste the curry flavour sadly. they look nice but that's about it.
