All good

Started buying these when one child had a broken leg, in case they helped the healing process, and have continued to buy. Havent had the issue reported by another reviewer (disturbed sleep)

Watch out for disturbed sleep .....

After finishing two bottles of this and researching a little I now suspect Magnesium Citrate, which is an ingredient of this product was giving my son nightmares, disturbing his sleep. All nightmares and calling out in the night ceased after I stopped the tablets.
