Flour in Bags now ?
Very disappointed This is more on a very flimsy PAPER BAG? Flour leaking from bag on arrival One week of use and the bag is just leaking flour so over my larder. Really disappointed with this new packaging. I think I will be changing to another premier brand which uses a much stronger bag.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!
Why have they changed to paper bags? They had a premium product in a premium pack that was popular….first delivery in paper bag was split and flour all over other groceries. Ocado will be paying out lots of refunds.
Expecting the box
Paper bag was not strong. Box was much better
There was flour on everything in the bad
Paper package is not resistant
No box....the only reason i purchased this brand
Disappointed to see the box is no longer supplied. This was the only reason i purchased this brand and with the price hike on the product this now makes it an expensive option and i will not buy again because of it.
No box and flour paper was wet
No box - it had been in the fridge and the paper was soggy and burst open. Also had a soggy biscuit box, think the refrigeration is too cold for cupboard products
