Not a favourite with our birds
We have the usual range of garden birds (house sparrow, robin, dunnock, chaffinch, goldfinch, blackbird, etc) but they really haven't taken to these blocks at all. Even our occassional greater spotted woodpecker visitor - who usually demolishes any suet blocks - isn't keen on these. No idea why because other people seem to find them a great hit with their birds. (I only got them because our usual brand was out off stock. They might be cheap but it was a false economy for me!)
Best priced diet blocks
Our birds love these, they can get through a whole block in a day as if one of these are available everything else gets ignored
Great!
The birds love them. Lots of plastic packaging though.
Birds love them but I don’t love the plastic
The birds love these but I don’t see the need for every block to be individually wrapped, then 2 more plastic wrappers holding each set of 4 together, then yet another plastic wrapper over the whole lot - there must be another way
Less plastic please
The birds seem happy enough but Id like less plastic please. Three layers of plastic is too much and unnecessary. If not on offer Id buy Peckish because no plastic is used.
Birds love this!!
I put this out in the cold weather, gives much-needed energy to birds who are busy courting and building nests. If it runs out, the birds line up outside my window to let me know I need to put more out! Fits in a suet-block holder but also crumbles well to scatter or put on a table. Very good value.
