Box came battered and chocolates squashed
The packaging is not good enough and the box came battered with some chocolates squashed. I see I am not the only one with this problem. This is not good enough for a premium product that is often given as a gift. Its too late for me to get something else, so I will have to be embarrassed and give it anyway.

Disappointing
This is a lovely box of chocolates BUT the one which was delivered to me had been tipped upside down at some stage and the chocolates were dislodged from their packaging and in a heap on one side of the tray. The actual chocolates were a bit scuffed but what I found worse was the fact that they had obviously been stored badly. Some were melted and others had the bloom on them which chocolates can get when they are old, despite the pack being within the bb date. I had bought them as a present and it was embarrassing to hand them over. Not what Id hoped for at all.

the Ultimate indulgence or gift
The Hotel Chocolat tray is for the discerning chocolate lover! Each flavour is carefully crafted and a chocolate and taste explosion in each mouthful. Hard to stop after just one!
