A nutritionist recommended this to me as a healthier alternative to the hellmans vegan mayo. it doesn't taste quite as "near the real thing " but it's fine and the small changes she's had me make have made a big difference to how I feel, so will continue to buy. Yes it's more expensive but its the cheaper seed oils that are not good for us

This has an unpleasant sharp vinegary taste and the consistency is odd, not creamy.

Nice and creamy egg free mayo

My favourite mayo is the hunter & gather olive oil classic mayo but I am not allowed eggs at the moment so i was really happy to find this egg free mayo. It's very nice maybe not quite as nice as the standard egg one but a really good replacement. It's has a thick and creamy taste and has no horrid rapeseed or poorer quality oils in it. Hellmans vegan mayo tastes very nice but it is made with rapeseed oil and sugar so for me i prefer this one and you can spice it up with your favourite herb, spice or olives etc.. I'm so glad to find a good quality egg free mayo. Also it's often on offer with ocado so that's the best time to stock up...
