Too dry, goes mouldy

there isn't enough liquid to submerge it in, so once you open it quickly moulds in the fridge

why plastic container?

This product is very good but I really dont like the plastic container. Please swap and use glass.

Tastes like my grandparents used to make it!

I have tried different brands of unpasteurised sourkraut and this is by far my favourite. Lovely texture and has classic sour fermented taste. Pot is easy to open and close.

Fantastic!

Absolutely lush sauerkraut! Ordered regularly and never had a problem with freshness or seal. Not that keen on cabbage as a vegetable but this is delish.
