1. Add 475ml of boiling water to a bowl
2. Stir in packet using a fork to evenly wet all potatoes

So good!
I was very sceptical about powder mash. But can honestly say this is really nice! Tastes so good and portion is huge (3 servings in one sachet)

If you want a quick and easy cheese and potato pie get this, it is surprisingly really good, always add extra cheese like you would when making cheese and potato pie
Look at the Additives.
Oh boy, why can't manufacturers just give us simple ingredients? Would not touch this at all. Ocado, it says on the packet "From America's potato state", yes maybe, but I wonder which laboratory and where, thought in necessary to add the additives. With those ingredients it's best you leave it in America,
Bold flavour
All Idahoan mash products are quite superb, being made from the famous Idaho potatoes (look them up). This variety has a positive flavour and will not be to everyone's taste. I like it as an occasional snack with sweetcarn and crusty bread, given that it is so easy to make
