Great Gluten Free Gnocchi
This really is a great Spinach Gnocchi, with the added bonus of being gluten free. I had this with a bolognese bake and it worked a treat!!! This Gnocchi really needs a sauce though, pair it with a sauce and you have a fabulous gnocchi meal.
thumbs up from 3 and 7 year old!
I was quite surprised but they both finished the whole bowl of these! They like gnocchi anyway, but these definitely had a spinach taste. My daughter had plain with butter and my son had with tomato sauce and both loved. Will repurchase!
Unimpressed
I cooked this as per the packet instructions and found the gnocchi slimy and unappetising. Tried adding some pesto but still couldnt get over the texture. Disappointed and it went in the bin. Perhaps homemade gnocchi isnt for me.
melt in the mouth
Usually gnocchi become very chewy and unbeatable if overcooked, even slightly! These were much more durable and delicious! Didnt taste doughy at all!
Not for me
On its own i thought it so nondescript, didn't get much taste, could be jazzed up with the addition of your fav sauce but that shouldn't be the answer.
Tasty but
I'm reviewing these because I received a free sample from Ocado. They were good but a bit tough. Maybe we undercooked them.
