2. Fill with boiling water to line & stand for 3 mins
3. Tip to drain water through holes
4. Peel back draining film, add glaze & stir thoroughly

Like many of our favourite products, crystal'noodles began with a kitchen experiment. We immediately fell in love with the moreish taste and glossy texture of these extra fine noodles; cooked, strained, then folded into Toshio's hand-crafted glaze.
Making noodles this way, with nothing but a cup and foil lid, was a complicated problem that needed a creative answer.
After 4 months of trial, error & more error we stumbled upon a miracle. Peel back the foil to find it.

Not what I was expecting
They are tasteless and disappointing. The dry vegs don't soften and are hard to chew. The flavour was a big letdown. The crystal noodles had no flavour. I don't recommend this at all.
Great taste
Deliciouspour hot water, wait 3 min and DRAIN! Mix in the glaze and done tasty crystal noodles. Beware when opening the sachet as it can be a little messy

Absolutely love these noodles, great taste and filling. Perfect for lunch at home or at work! Definitely recommend

This tastes ok, and is good value at £1 on offer. I didn't find it spicy at all. I think some people must be preparing this incorrectly, judging by the comments. You add hot water, wait three minutes, then pour the water away. Then you add the sauce. There's no way it can be "watery" if prepared correctly.
tasteless
Watery and tasteless not nice at all. I bought thinking would be good for a quick lunch as I love Itsu but these are not tasty.
gross. threw it in the bin
Was really excited for these, but took one bite and threw it in the bin. I love itsu and glass noodles, but the flavour was disgusting! How did this even make it past the taste test??
