Tasting Notes
This wine has a lovely structure and expressive tannins, pleasing red fruit flavours, and a generous mouthfeel. Try with Burgundian cuisine: beef bourguignon, tripe and chitterling sausage in Chablis, or with a platter of assorted deli meats.
History
The Bichot Family started a relationship with the House of Jean Bouchard in 1926, going on to purchasing the House in 1955 and in the time that has followed their wines have gone from strength to strength.

Enjoyable Pinot Noir
2017. Light and delicate yet with plenty of flavour: oak into berries with a (very) gentle hint of spices. Nothing too outstanding or controversial. A repeat buy for me and one I would recommend.
