lovely colour but washed out so fast
I had my hair coloured blonde for the summer but now that its autumn I decided to go back to dark blonde. Looked really nice when I first dyed it dark blonde, but it washed out so fast and Im back to very light blonde so will be trying another brand. Only took about three washes for the colour to completely wash out. Im a bit disappointed given that this is a product that has been created by such a good salon brand.

Been using this for a while. It covers my grey hair and is easy to use. You have to follow the instructions carefully though.
Does NOT cover the grey!!
I was VERY disappointed with this EXPENSIVE product. The colour is what I was looking for, but it does NOT cover the grey (despite claiming to do so) AND the colour effectively washed-out/ faded within 10 days.

Easy to apply and colour is true to the image but didn't touch my grey roots. Won't but again.
Disappointing and turned my blonde hair brown!
For me this was a disaster purchase, it just didn't deliver on its core purpose which is to colour hair to a medium natural blonde, obviously give or take a few shades depending on your current hair colour. Whilst my experience in home hair colour is limited to lockdown duration only, I did follow the instructions carefully and having previously used a Clairol Nice & Easy pack which worked well (good colour and covered greys) but was unfortunately out of stock everywhere so I thought this time I would try John Frieda. Big mistake, my blonde hair is now brown and didn't even cover my grey hairs that I have along my fringe line. The only positive I can say is the foam colour is easier to apply than the liquid colours on the market.
Salon quality
Love this product. Easy to apply, no patchiness and consistent colour each time. Only problem is the price, it used to be £6.
