Preparation and Usage
Dishwasher safe. Caution: Sharp blade – handle with care. Keep fingers away from blade during use and cleaning. Keep out of reach of children.
Leaves a really great julienned result on veggies. But, its a bit awkward to use. Its hard to hold your veggies down as you julienne them and you need to apply quite a bit of pressure. Its a bit tricky to do because the handle is quite wide and not the most comfortable to grip. Hopefully will get easier with use.
