Crafted from glass-filled nylon, this Joseph Joseph spoon colander is heat resistant up to 200°C / 392°F and allows you to scoop and drain your food straight from a hot pan.
Preparation and Usage
Dishwasher safe. Caution: Do not leave utensils in cookware whilst cooking. To prevent staining, avoid using with strong colourant foods, such as turmeric.
Bought one of these on offer a while back now and found it more useful than expected. The size and shape make it good for draining veg or pasta without pouring off the cooking liquid which can then be used in stock/sauce. Robust and easy to clean.
