I am not vegetarian or vegan, but I thought this worked really well.

How do they make this?

You would not know this was vegan unless you were told. It is delicious to shred up a bit and add to pizza or pasta or great in salad. I've been vegan 6 years and really missed caprese salad but now I can make it again & enjoy my summer favourite!

It's the best dairy-free product ever. The burrella's taste is very similar to the original burrata's. Because I became allergic to dairy ten years ago, I'm so pleased to have discovered Julienn Bruno, which can give me a chance to taste them and be happy again. I think the same about Superstraciatella (so good on pizza) and Cremata, which is fantastic for making my favourite sweet tiramisu!!

great taste and consistency

Im not keen on comparing vegan cheese to dairy cheese. I can say that this tastes amazing and is hands down our favourite!
